For this collaboration, the VEJA studio worked on a full-black sea rover version of the Dekkan inspired by Sea Shepherd pirates. Made in Alveomesh, this technical fabric is made of recycled polyester. The Dekkan is an outdoor and adventurous style. Along with VIBRAM, we combined our ecological materials and their famous know-how in a new formulation for performing soles.
Upper: Alveomesh (100% recycled polyester)
Panels: Amazonian rubber (31%), synthetic rubber (27%), mineral silica (24%) and others (18%) and T.P.U.
Insole: Amazonian rubber (12%), E.V.A. bio-sourced (62%, including 50% sugar cane), recycled polyester (16%) and others (10%)
Midsole: Bio-based E.V.A (61%, including 49% sugar cane), mineral carbonate (31%) and others (8%)
Outsole: Amazonian rubber (30%), mineral silica (25%), synthetic rubber (24%) and others (21%). Made with Vibram
Lining: Recycled polyester (100%)
Laces: Recycled polyester (100%)
Backloop: Recycled polyester (100%)

The Alveomesh is a technical fabric made out exclusively of recycled polyester. It brings breathability, flexibility and lightness to the shoe.
